As a church, we believe that prayer is exactly what the Word says it is – powerful, necessary and effective.
Prayer is a way we get to experience God’s power and His faithfulness in keeping His promises. (John 14:12-14) In His word, God implores us to pray and even teaches us how to pray (Matthew 6:9-13).
Our desire is to cultivate a passion for prayer here at CCGC. Here’s how:
Prayer Room
Our Prayer Room is open during all service times and the prayer team stands ready to pray with and for you in between each Sunday service. The Prayer Room is located right outside of the Sanctuary next to the Nursery. * Prayer room may be closed at times- let a greeter know if you are in need of prayer.
Prayer Nights
Every other week, we hold Open House Prayer Nights in the Sanctuary at 6:30pm. Come as you are for as long as you need as we worship, pray and fellowship together. * Check church events for the most up to date information about Prayer Nights.
The Bible is clear that “the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much” (James 5:16)… Let’s boldly enter the Throne Room in prayer together, as a church.
