This is the time of year when we let our excitement start to shine at Calvary Chapel Gloucester County! Once again, we are hosting the Tim Tebow Foundation’s Night to Shine prom for those with special needs. This spectacular event is to be held Friday, February 7, 2025, and we need your help.
We excitedly prepare and plan for this prom all year and we anticipate more than 700 people on our campus between guests, volunteers, parents and caretakers. The night will include:
- Escorted limo rides
- A sit down dinner
- Dancing
- Special music
- Karaoke
- Games
- Swag bags
- Crowns & tiaras
- Photos and some special surprises!
Your support of Night to Shine at Calvary Chapel Gloucester County helps us make our guests feel like royalty and shine as kings and queens for the evening. We can’t do this without your generosity.
As a sponsor, your name or company/organization name will be placed on the “Thank You” sign in the foyer on the night event, and will be included in social media and email communications prior to and following the event.

For 8 years, Calvary Chapel Gloucester County has hosted Night to Shine and it has become the highlight of the year for guests and volunteers. To help make this night the best night for our guests, we rely on sponsors like you. In addition to making a general donation, we have other opportunities for you to sponsor. Below are the sponsorship opportunities for 2025.
As a sponsor, your individual name or company/organization name will be placed on the “Thank You” sign in the foyer during the event, and will be included in social media and email communications prior to and following the event.
Crowns & Tiaras————– $1,000
Give our guests the gift of being a king and queen for the night with the sponsorship of all of the crowns and tiaras. A special crowning of all guests will take place after dinner.
Décor, Balloons & More————- $5,000 (3 available)
What better way to set the mood of the evening than with balloon arches and towers, center pieces, linens, games and sensory activities.
Street Band————- $1,800
As our guests arrive via limo to the red carpet filled with cheering paparazzi, a local street band from Philadelphia will set the celebratory mood for the evening. This has become one of the highlights of the night!
Dinner———– $5,000 (2 available)
All of our guests and volunteer buddies will experience a delicious sit down meal that will include appetizers, dinner and dessert.
Karaoke & Photo Booth———– $2,000
Second maybe to dancing, the karaoke room is one of the most popular areas of the night. This year, because of high demand, we will have two karaoke rooms for guests to enjoy throughout the night. We’ll also have a photo booth with props for guests to have fun and capture memories of their special night!
Swag Bags———– $2,000
Who doesn’t like a little swag? As guests wrap up the evening, they will be presented with a Night to Shine bag filled with takeaways to remember the night.
Step & Repeat Photos———- $1,500
Each guest upon arrival will have a photo taken in front of our Night to Shine step and repeat banner. All photos will be printed, framed and ready for guests to take home at the end of the night. A wonderful keepsake!
General Donation———- Unlimited
You may also make a general donation to Night to Shine in any amount. All donations will be used for this event only.
