All that the Messiah taught and represented was in keeping with G-d’s revelation of Himself. There was nothing He said or did that was out of the mainstream and spirit of the Torah. He did not come to start a “new” religion as many have reduced Him to but to “reveal” the Father as He Himself said: He that sees me has seen the Father. John 14:8-10
G-d’s revelation through Yeshua would reveal aspects of G-d’s character that were not yet known. However, G-d is the self-defining one, whose being and character is beyond human analysis. Accurately understanding G-d must be based on His self-disclosure, not upon our Theological preferences. Many have tried to lock Him into a certain doctrine or method of operation however G-d, being G-d, is far greater than anything we can imagine.
He carefully chooses the times and circumstances in which to make aspects of Himself known and speak to us Heart to Heart through the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit). Our emphasis should not be is my doctrine correct but am I correctly allowing G-d to reveal Himself….as He is.
